Recipe: Persimmon Smoothie


  • 2 Fuyu persimmons, cut into small chunks with the seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend! Makes one serving. If you are not a fan of turmeric, feel free to cut it in half or omit it entirely.

(Note: The persimmon pictured above is a Hachiya persimmon rather than a Fuyu.)
